M2 Tema 14 Backround

 

1. Create a file with 

  - Width: 1000

  - Height:500

   -Resolution:300

2. Change background to a color

3.Change brush to 600 pixels

4.Hardness at brush need be 0 and opacity at 70 to make more circle 

5.Each circle must be on different layer

6.Then place the circles in different place on the sheet 

7. Then save it on JPG
