1. Open photoshop and set

Width: 1000

Height: 1000

Resolution: 72

2. Try make a pencil with size:

7mm W

19 cm H 

3. After put the size from pencil  make the tip of the pencil and erased

4. Try make longitude and section same as in the picture 

5. Change color backround

6. Save it in JPG
